Disney is dedicated to family values. Our "image" is important to us. It helps us maintain our monoploy over the kid and family demographic.

 

Therefore, we spend a vast amount of money to maintain our image as it is our image that brings us money.

 

In order to make more money however, and take control of the youth and adult demographic as well, we have created many companies that have been seperated from the Disney brand
so as to not hurt our image yet continue ot make us more money.
